What makes your ingredients special?
Our products are free of parabens, phthalates, sulfates, synthetic fragrances and heavy metals. We use only all-natural, therapeutic ingredients and opt for certified organic whenever possible. We also research each ingredient before incorporating it into any of our recipes to be sure that it is safe, non-toxic and beneficial for use. Keeping anything unnecessary out.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all unopened items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, simply reply to your confirmation email or use our Contact Us page and include your order number.
How should I store the products?
Soaps should be stored in a well-draining dish or ventilated container to dry completely after each use. When not in use, keep it in a cool, dry place away from water to prevent mushiness and molding.Store tallows in a cool, dry place for optimal freshness and efficacy. Refrigeration of our tallows is recommended during the summer months for maintaining texture, lengthening shelf life and for a more soothing and refreshing experience.
What is the shelf life?
Our soaps have an indefinite shelf life when stored properly. Our tallows have a self life of 6-12 months when stored properly, or up to 18 months when refrigerated.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we are only shipping within the continental US.
